Our goal is to give every young person in Europe who is willing and able a professional opportunity – using appropriately defined criteria.
For this reason the europatriates pilot program will be publicly launched at the Congress in late June 2014. The pilot programme is aimed at opening up a threefold development perspective: a 2-3 year apprenticeship, a vocational training and coaching or employment in a partner enterprise. Prior to this threefold approach, a structural selection as well as an integrative training concerning culture and language takes place.
Part of this concept are tools promising groundbreaking opportunities for companies and regions: the integrative talent diagnostics „for everyone“ and the employment radar, a software locating and assessing the market potential of business ideas up to street level.

Become an europatriate and begin your career in a European country. The Social Franchising Network within europatriates organises this exchange and will accompany you in the pilot programme for a period of two to three years in a European host country.
